Apply to join the Community Management team and help build the future of organized Pro Clubs.

SAFA is building a structured EA FC Pro Clubs community focused on organized leagues, statistics, and long-term club history.

As the community grows, we are forming a Community Management Team to help maintain a professional, organized, and engaging environment.

We will be selecting 5 Community Managers from this application process. This is currently a voluntary, non-compensated leadership position within SAFA's Community Management structure.

Responsibilities

Community Managers will play an important role in:

  • Maintaining a positive community environment
  • Assisting with moderation and conflict management
  • Helping track match results and league operations
  • Assisting users through support tickets
  • Coordinating issues with internal teams such as Media and Tech
Expectations

Community Managers represent SAFA publicly and are expected to:

  • Communicate professionally at all times
  • Remain neutral in disputes and avoid taking sides
  • Support staff decisions as a unified voice
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding internal discussions
Selection Process

The selection process will be fully transparent. All applications will be reviewed fairly, and decisions will be communicated openly through the SAFA Discord server.
